Shipping policy

Ecohaul Bikes currently ships eligible products within the United States.

Many products include free standard shipping. Shipping times may vary by product, supplier, warehouse location, carrier, and delivery address.

Most orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment. Standard delivery for larger workspace products may take approximately 7–25 business days after shipment, depending on the product and carrier.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email when available. Some larger items may ship separately or arrive in multiple boxes.

At this time, Optima Workspaces does not offer international shipping unless specifically stated on the product page or at checkout.
