Returns and Refunds
Ecohaul Bikes accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and returned in its original packaging. Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.
To request a return, contact us with your order number, reason for return, and photos or video if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and work to resolve the issue through a replacement, return, or refund when eligible.
For buyer’s remorse returns, including ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product, the customer may be responsible for the actual return shipping cost. Returned items must be received and inspected before a refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 7–15 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
